01 · MILLING

3 & 4-axis CNC milling

Haas VF-2, VF-4, DMG MORI DMC 850V. Parts up to 1200×600×500 mm. Standard tolerance ±0.025mm, precision ±0.01mm. Workshop's most-used process.

02 · 5-AXIS

Simultaneous 5-axis machining

DMG MORI DMU 50 & DMU 85 monoBLOCK. Complex geometries in a single setup: impellers, medical implants, aerospace brackets, turbine parts.

03 · TURNING

CNC turning & mill-turn

Nakamura-Tome WT-150II, Doosan Puma 2600SY. Diameters to Ø420mm, lengths to 1500mm. Y-axis and live tools enable one-setup mill-turn.

04 · SWISS

Swiss-type precision turning

Citizen Cincom L20 & M32. Micro-parts from Ø1mm to Ø32mm, 20:1 slenderness ratio, ±0.005mm precision. Medical, instrumentation, connectors.

05 · EDM

Wire & sinker EDM

Sodick AQ400L wire EDM and AG60L die-sinker. Intricate geometries, sharp internal corners, hardened steels to 65 HRC. Ra 0.4 μm surface finish.

06 · FINISHING

In-house surface finishing

Type II/III anodizing, bead & glass blast, passivation, black oxide, powder coat, laser marking. Electroless nickel & polishing via qualified partners.
